I am Can San Trantow, spiritual teacher, life coach, martial arts instructor, author and archery coach. I live with my family in Santa Fe, New Mexico and am on a mission to help people realize their full potential and live a fulfilling life.
My spiritual path has led me to meet and learn from various teachers and gurus. In doing so, I discovered the power of meditation and energy healing and how these practices can help develop our inner guidance and support us on our life path.
I offer seminars and courses to help people find their inner guidance and navigate their life path with confidence and self-mastery. I firmly believe that every person has the potential to unleash their inner wisdom and live the life they desire. And I’m here to help you do just that.

Chapter 1: Self and Soul
In this module we begin with a welcome and introduction to the course, followed by a brief overview of the course content.
We will then delve into the basics of chakras and aura bodies and examine their importance in our lives and their relation to our physical, emotional and mental health.
We will also take an in-depth look into the seven main chakras and the different aura bodies and how they relate to the life we live
As an additional resource, you will receive a PDF with a chakra and aura diagram that will help you deepen your understanding of these important concepts.

Capter 2: Breath, movement and flow
In this module, we will begin with an introduction and explain why the connection between breath, movement and flow is so important to strengthen the body and mind and achieve a sense of well-being.
We will then look at different breathing and movement techniques and show you how to incorporate them into your daily practice.
Next, we will do an exercise called Move as One, which aims to align your body and mind and improve your ability to connect with others.
Finally, we will look at a grounding exercise that will help you connect with the earth and achieve a sense of stability and calm.

Chapter 3: Life Applications
In this chapter, we will focus on the practical applications of chakras and aura bodies in our daily lives.
We will begin with a meditation that focuses on the connection between the chakras and your life. We will then do an aura clearing and healing exercise that will help you release negative energies and achieve a sense of clarity and balance.
Then we will dive deeper and do a meditation focusing on the Tree of Life to deepen your connection to nature and your own spiritual nature.
Finally, we end with another meditation that focuses on your new life and helps you focus on your goals and dreams.
In addition, there will be an explanation how personal coaching can accelerate your own personal path to a life that it truly your own.
